BRAKE PADS FORMULA
NiBK material groups
A. The Class of formulas for all types of automotive and light industry vehicles.
Includes a wide range of friction materials marked (at back plate) as J112C, J113C, J509C, J620C, J705L, J703L. Different materials are needed to cover an extensive range of applications in automotive and industrial vehicles. Each formula is optimally brewed for its specific purposes in each vehicle class it is used for. The base materials used here are Non Asbestos Organic (NAO), Nonabrasive Low Metallic (NALM) and several types of quality Ceramic wools (CEM) with different additives and unique production processes. All the above materials are environmentally friendly - with lowest brake dust levels to protect the environment and keep your rims free of unsightly brake dust. The friction class by LINK dynamic test for all formulations is from “F” to “G”. It guarantees drivers highest road safety with high resistance to FADE (brake power loss in extreme situation). B. Sport Oriented Formulas.
Features proven performance materials. The back plate marks are J701S, J710C, J703S. Material from this group are specifically engineered for sport applications to create great braking force graded from "H" to "I" by LINK dynamic friction test. The unmatchable resistance to heat and fast heat recovery provides high performance needed in top levels of competitive motoring like rallies and circuit racing. It should be used only with sport designed rotors and callipers to achieve the desired performance.
C. Heavy Duty Formulas.
Fabricated with a combination of Rock Wool and Steel Fibre for Large Off-Highway Vehicles such as Cranes and Off-Road Trucks. It has high structural integrity and known for its long service life, friendliness to the rotor and all-round consistency of performance.
SHOES AND LININGS D. Brake Shoe for Passenger cars
Organic and non-ferrous fibres formulation specially designed to provide safe and comfortable drive for passenger vehicles. It is an ultra-quiet, low dust and long lasting material. It is gentle on brake drums and has a stable coefficient of friction over a wide range of temperatures and speeds. It is well known for its qualities of smooth progressive braking and great safety in extreme braking.
E. Brake Shoe and Lining for trucks and buses
A unique combination of Rock Wool and Steel Fibre. Contains brass, acrylic and glass fibres blended with good structural integrity. This formula perfectly suits air brake systems used in commercial vehicles. It has excellent heat stability and is designed to work with great radial and tangential loads. It is gentle on the mating surface and consistent in performance over a wide range of cycles.
F. Brake linings for Heavy Duty and Off – Highway Vehicles
High structural integrity and fabricated with specialized steel wool. It has very short burnishing-in period and uniform material distribution. This material is designed to work in severe.
